ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Today, we seek a seek a self-motivated team player to perform
accounting functions. This position is responsible for:
The research and solution of payment discrepancies.
Posting invoices into the computer system.
Generating accounts payable and refund checks.
Researching vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies.
File paid and unpaid invoices and statements.
