Corporate Tax Analyst with international experience. This position
will have both US and international tax responsibilities involving
research, compliance and analysis. Candidate must be well organized
with the ability to multi-task. The preferred candidate will have 3+
years of Big 4 tax experience including FAS 109 and Fin 48. Great work

Senior Tax Manager (public accounting), Atlanta, GA to $150K
Highly regarded Atlanta CPA firm has opening for Senior Tax Manager.
This position will work with the firm's tax partners and managers in
performing advanced tax research, analysis and planning related to
Federal income taxation of C and S corporations, partnerships,
including international tax research. The successful candidate will
have 8+ years tax experience with either a large public accounting
firm or corporate tax department. Masters degree in Taxation
preferred.

Senior Sales & Use Tax Accountant, Atlanta, GA to $70K
Company headquartered in Sandy Springs is seeking an experienced Sales
& Use professional. Responsibilities will revolve around ensuring
compliance with state and local tax laws applicable to the
organization and all jurisdictions in which it conducts business. Will
prepare, review and coordinate the timely filing of sales & use tax
returns as required in all jurisdictions; will also prepare, review
and timely file business license returns as required in all
jurisdictions. In addition, will analyze and reconcile all sales & use
and business license accounts from the sub-ledger to the general
ledger. Requirements include an undergraduate degree in Accounting,
Finance or Business and a minimum of five years in a core Sales & Use
compliance role. Advanced Excel skills also required.
