Candidate Profile
Major Position Functions 1. Initiates customer contact to resolve loan
delinquency. 2. Maintains monthly loan delinquency standards as
verified by end of month delinquency reports. 3. Locates delinquent
customers who cannot be reached by skip tracing to initiate customer
contact. 4. Provides customer service regarding late charges, escrow
and any other delinquency questions, as verified by call monitoring.
5. Provides required loss mitigation information and counseling to
delinquent mortgage loan customers. 6. Consistently meets department
quality measures.
