Bookkeeper (real estate), Atlanta, GA to $45K
Real estate firm in Buckhead is seeking an experienced financial
professional to oversee the company=92s accounting function.
Responsibilities will include account reconciliation, payroll,
accounts payable, balance sheet and P&L preparation. Will also
compile tax information throughout the year and communicate with
external CPA firm. Requirements include 5+ years of broad accounting
experience, including general and transactional accounting. Real
estate experience strongly preferred, along with any of the core real
estate software systems =96 Yardi, MRI or Timberline.
