ANALYST

Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Budget and
Financial Services (B&FS) and the general direction of a Management
Team-which includes the Director of B&FS, the GL Supervisor, and the
Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Travel (APRT) Supervisor-you will
create and process institutional journal entries. You will also:
# Perform day-to-day accounting/financial duties
# Assist with budget preparation, analysis, system maintenance, and
high-level financial analysis for individual departments and
institution
# Function as a departmental representative in the operational areas
of APRT; contracts and grants; GL; and instructor payroll (IP).
# Serve as a liaison between UNEX departments and Campus accounting
# Undertake other special projects as assigned and customer service
functions as they relate to each specific accounting area
# Perform budget duties including system maintenance, reporting and
analysis.
