Global Process Manager, Expense Reporting - Mountain View
This position is based in Mountain View, CA.
The area: Finance Operations
With the end goal of providing the highest levels of service and
efficiency at the lowest attainable cost, the FinOps team designs and
executes Google's core finance transaction processes. These include
order-to-cash, payroll, procure-to-pay and travel.
The role: Global Process Manager - Expense Reporting
When striving year after year to be named the best place to work in

reporting take on heightened importance. We're seeking a superstar to
lead our global expense reporting process working in our Procure-to
Pay team (P2P) at Google. As the Global Process Manager (GPM) -
Expense Reporting, you have worldwide responsibility for ensuring that
employees, candidates, and guests are reimbursed for their out-of-
pocket expenses quickly, efficiently, and with great precision. Oh,
and the process should be really cool and easy to use! A global roll-
out of a state-of-the-art expense reporting platform and card program
is already under way and going well. We need you to take ownership of
the ER process and deliver all of the planned benefits to our
stakeholders. In our highly leveraged P2P business model,
transactional processing is handled by a leading BPO provider,
allowing you to focus more on strategic areas such as stakeholder
communication, process improvement, and building partnerships with P2P
technology providers. A multitude of resources are available to help
you implement systems, manage large projects, optimize BPO service
delivery, and deliver communication.
The ideal candidate is one who has been a top academic performer with
a proven track record of accomplishments in large, complex, global
organizations (high-tech a plus) who will be a key contributor in a
high-energy growth environment. The candidates work history should
demonstrate job stability with increasing levels of responsibility.
