Job description:
100% of any candidate's work experience should be in Big-4 and Large
Regional CPA firms (have to have Big-4)
The Candidate has to be a US CPA with a heavy audit and SEC background
(Securities and Exchange filing and reporting issues)
Strong research background in FASB and PCAOB related issues is a must
Location can be any of San Francisco, Irvine, Los Angeles
