SEC Reporting Manager, Atlanta, GA to $110K
Technology corporation headquartered in Atlanta has need for SEC
Reporting Manager. This position will be responsible for the
management of SEC filings, technical accounting research, SOX
compliance, consolidations, stock based compensation accounting and
the company's transition to IFRS. The successful candidate will be a
CPA with 5+ years of relevant financial reporting experience to
include a strong large firm public accounting foundation.
