Senior Manager, Tax Planning, Atlanta, GA to $105k+, 15% bonus
Industry leader is seeking a Senior Manager Tax Planning. This
position will direct the development and implementation of federal and
state income tax planning projects. This includes coordination of the
issues and interests of various constituencies in a large dynamic
company (e.g., legal, regulatory, accounting, treasurers, IT, etc.)
within the context of various planning projects. It also includes
providing tax technical support for M&A transactions. A Bachelor's
Degree in Accounting and 8 years of tax experience in either a Big 4
accounting firm or large corporate tax department. A CPA or JD
required, MS in taxation preferred.
