Senior Tax Manager, Atlanta, GA to $100K
$1 billion plus public company is seeking a Senior Tax Manager.
Position will responsible for managing and maintaining the process of
timely and accurately accounting for, and reporting of, income taxes
under FAS 109 for Corporate and all subsidiaries. Included in this is
responsibility for managing all aspects of federal and state income
and franchise tax cycle, from monthly income tax provisions through
filing of federal and state tax returns. Requirements include an
undergraduate degree in Accounting, Master's in Taxation preferred,
and a minimum of five years tax experience in a publicly-traded
company.
