 VP/Director of Finance (Real Estate), Atlanta, GA to $120K+

Commercial and industrial real estate developer in North Atlanta
seeks individual with 10+ years of experience in real estate finance
and raising capital. The key role for this position will be to
increase funding resources for continued property acquisitions and
redevelopment for over $100 million in new real estate acquisitions
over the next 12 months. Background to include both debt and equity
financing preferred. Position reports directly to the CEO in an
entrepreneurial, flexible and non-bureaucratic type environment.
