Sure. How little are you willing to work for?
Seriously. If you're looking for the mid six figure income straight out of
the masters program - fuggetaboutit.
Be thinking something, not too far above entry level for starters. But do
expect to climb faster than the average tech school grad. You most likely
will have to get that experience, then jump ship to job B to get the bigger
promotions and pay increases.

I look for someone who can help my business, which means someone with skills
that benefit the client.

Depends on the area of the country. Down here, $60 - $80 isn't too low for
entry level.
If I were you, you have language skills, maybe, that we southerners don't
have, that a final four firm (or very large regional firm) might see value
in. I'd be looking there.
