I don't remember what all the new features - some of them looked pretty cool - but not worth spending another $1,000 to upgrade for us. We're a small construction business and don't make use of alot of the web-based stuff they've clogged their accounting program up with. We're using PT Premium 2007 atm and I think we'll stick with it.
