Default Printer

Peachtree keeps choosing the wrong printer as the default printer. (I
have 3 printers on that machine.)
I know how to set the default printer in Windows, and it is definitely
on the right one. I can change the printer manually in Peachtree
everytime, to get it to print. Peachtree just seems stuck on the wrong
printer by default. How can I change the default printer for Peachtree?

We had a similar problem selecting the correct tray for invoices and finally
fixed it by selecting the printer in the custom form setup.

Thanks for the reply. I am trying to change the default printer for the
PAYMENT form. I know it is listed under Accounts Payable, but I don't
see the form. You wouldn't happend to know the default location of the
Payment form,would you? When I say Payment I am going to TASKS -->
PAYMENTS and trying to print. I need to edit the default printer for
that form.

You can also get to the form by going to Reports>>Accounts
Payable>>Disbursement Checks. Select the check form that you use and hit the
Design button. Now select Setup, then Printer. Change your printer here and
click ok twice. The last step is to save the form using either a new name or
resave your custom form.
