Please log in for more thread options I would do as suggested, post a credit dated THIS year writing them off (if
you no longer really owe them). You already would have likely figured them
in taxes in the year you incurred them (if you do taxes on accrual basis).
Then, to get them to no longer show up, you can do a dummy check to apply
the credit to the invoice.
