 Hi all,

This is regarding peachtree, chart of accounts. I want to import chart
of accounts to peachtree,
Since the compulsory fields are, Account Id, Account Description,
Account Type. Inactive=t/f

Here the Account type is numeric type, How I can get the list of all
Account_Type of peach tree so that I can put in the corresponding
field and import.

Please help in this regard.

Open up one of the sample company files and export those fields from the
Chart of accounts. You might also be able to get the info from the Sample
Chart of accounts in the help file.

Here are the account types and their corresponding numbers:


0 Cash
1 A/R
2 Inventory
4 Other Current Assets
5 Fixed Assets
6 Accumulated Depreciation
8 Other Assets
10 A/P
12 Other Current Liabilities
14 Long Term Liabilities
16 Equity - Doesn't Close
18 Retained Earnings
19 Equity - Gets Closed
21 Income
23 Cost of Sales
24 Expenses
