Hi Julie -
Make sure that user is a local administrator on that PC. I don't have a
Windows 2000 box to verify, but I believe it is Start | Settings | Control
Panel | Users. If you are running a domain, make sure that the domain user
account is given local admin rights, versus a local user account for that
user.
