Peachtree complete version 7

I own Peachtree complete version 7, and it has worked well for years. I
have it working fine on Vista as well. Are there an significant changes
that would make accounting easier in the newer versions? I am
interested in hearing from people with experience using this version and
the newer ones.

How many versions since 7? Did they go from 7 to 2002?

No. I think there was a Version 8 and then 2002.

The user interface has changed since version 7. One nice change that they
made was the ability to change IDs. They have added more tasks that are to
fool the user into thinking PT is closer to quickbooks. Many are not needed.

If version 7 still works for you then I would stick with it.
