Printing daily register for previous days locks up Peachtree Complete Accounting 2006 boosh 11-28-2007

We are using Peachtree Complete Accounting 2006. When in "Peachtree
Today" we try to print a daily register by changing the calendar to a
previous day it locks up peachtree. Not only does it lock up peachtree
on the PC that is trying to print the previous day's register it locks
it so that nobody else can access it. Anybody else had this happen?
