I have a 13 station license that I bought along with the equipment. I am not
going to be using MSRMS and I want to sell it. When I bought it was
originally quick sell but I upgraded it to MSRMS and it worked. I have the
security dongle and the original Quick Sell Commerce manuals. How much could
I expect to get for it?

My understanding is that a copy of RMS can't be sold unless the
business is sold as a whole and the license moves with it. You might
review the agreements that came with the software to verify this, or
contact Microsoft.

The last thing you want is a buyer coming back to you because they
can't get support or upgrades down the road...

If the software was originally purchased as quick sell commerce whose
software use agreement do I go by. Does anyone know who I contact to see
about transferring a license? I can’t seem to find any info about it on this
website. I called about a year ago and spoke to a reseller about upgrading
and support and they quoted me a support contract based on their value of the
software but they made no mention of transferring the license.

The only way you can transfer a license is if you sell the business and the
software is included in the sale. Qucksell no longer exists, so you go by
MS's licensing agreement. And that license can't be resold.
