3- SO Questions - Detailed CC Report, Word Export, and Zebra Label

Good morning!

I am assisting a customer troubleshoot issues that are becoming troublesome.

1. Needing a detailed credit card report.
Answer: Open Store Operations Manager, go to 'Reports', go to
'Miscellaneous', go to 'Electronic Draft Captured Detailed (bottom one). This
will show all credit card history details for any date range you select.

Customer has tried the and is not seeing the electronic draft capture
option. EDC is selected. Any ideas?

4. When attempting to export a purchase order to Word, the 'Save as' pop up
is not appearing.
Action item: Pam attempted turning off all pop up boxes and it did
not work. Pam is posting this issue to the Microsoft discussion boards to
receive feedback on how to move forward. One question - what version of Word
are you currently using? Using Office 2007.

Need other idea's to try here. Don't understand why this function is not
working.

5. When attempting to print labels for all items on a purchase order, only
one label for the first item prints.
Action item: Zebra TP2844 printer - will only print one label even
after selecting Quantity Set and selecting all PO items. Also when printing
fromt he preview screen we have tried to change the copies.

Any other options we can try.

Pam,

1) You need to setup each station's EDC setup in SO Admin to see the =
EDC report on that station. If setup, make sure the user has registry =
access to the entire RMS key;

4) Suspect a language issue that's being reported on the Partner Tech =
support side. Is this anything other than US English settings in =
Windows?

5) Need more info. How is the printer setup? Windows or Generic/text =
only driver? Parallel, serial or USB?

You must be using Outlook Express/Windows Mail or some other type of =
newsgroup reader to
see and download the file attachment(s). If you are not using a reader, =
follow
the link below to setup Outlook Express. Click on "Open with =
newsreader"
under the MS Retail Management System on the right.
