C'mon, I doing it from memory and its foggy this morning.;-) Receipts =
Format is correct. Open the format you are using and look at the =
Payment field. You probably don't have one entered, so click on the =
magnifying glass beside it and select the one you want to use.

I do not have Receipt Templates, I have SO Manager | Database | =
Registers | Receipt Formats

Under Registers I have Register List or Pole Display Messages or Net =
Display Channels or Custom POS Buttons or Keyboards or Receipt Formats.=20

What am I doing wrong here?

Make sure you have a receipt template selected for the Account =
Payments.

SO Manager | Database | Registers | Receipt Templates | select the =
template you are using | Payment field

Hi! I have very few accounts, since my business is retail. =
Having said that=20
today was the first time one paid their account with a credit =
card. I chose=20
the account, did shift F4 as usual and chose the credit card (I =
use=20
integrated in RMS) and swiped the card expecting the receipt to =
be printed.=20
No receipt printed, but when I go into the Mgr to settle the cc =
transactions=20
it is there. I went into the Mgr and customers and their account =
history and=20
it show the payment, but there is no receipt to be displayed...=20
