Hi there,
Our PC that runs the Headquarters Server/manager/administrator and cleints
had crushed and we had to rebuild the PC. Since then we had reinstlled RMS HQ
and its componenets. However we are unable to connect to the two stores that
we have . Everything seems to be in order but if we launch Headquarters
Client on this PC all the tabs (Database, HQ Servers, HQ Client, Options and
Connections) are non functional. When we try to close Headquarters Client
Configuration window we get the following message " Activation is not
compete. The program will close". As far as I know the activation suppose to
take place during the installation but it has not asked me for the key or any
activation. Even removing and reinstalling HQ Client does not ask for
activation.
At present we can not push/pull any information from the stores.
