We would have to log on to 7 stores to manually batch out the credit cards
daily. We don't have anyone on site at the close or open of business that is
allowed to settle the edc batchs. This creates a real hardship on our
company as several people don't have remote access and our stores close late
therefore we aren't able to log in until late to settle the batch.

While I agree that it would be nice to have an auto-settle option in RMS, I
don't see why you would be willing to trust the system to settle itself
more than you would trust your open/close staff. If you want auto-settle,
you can do it through PC Charge, although that adds it's own complexities &
cost to the solution.
