When I receive new inventory the system updates the cost price, but does not
update the sell price and the price levels. Can the system update the price
levels automatically?

I personally wouldn't want this feature. It would be a nightmare if my
system automatically adjusted sale price. I need to reprice existing
products, and I also don't use 1 standard formula to price all my products.
some are loss leaders, some are very price sensitive, and then others can be
marked up more.
