RMS is posting some sales with no record of tender type. Is there a way to
stop this from happening at the POS level.

Thanks,
Sid

We are missing tender types at the Store level. The users at the store level
don't have access to delete any tender types. I am trying to find out what
happened from the users but to me it just seems like a bug right now.

Sid,

Push them back down to the stores with a 205.

Thanks Jeff, I tried doing that. It still hasn't given me a tender type.
What I would like to find out is under what conditions does POS allow you to
make a sales without selecting tender type.

Sid,

There isn't one that I know of. I would get on the phone or remote into to
that store and step by step through the Tender types.

Do the receipts show a tender on them?
