the card number is invisible to RMS since sp2 stopped recording all but the
last 4 digits. PCCharge keeps the number encrypted in it's database but
doesn't have a setting to deny a particular account. Your bank may have a
feature to accomplish this, or you may have to take retribution against this
theif and start advertising his card# somewhere.
