Setup as follows:

STAR SP212 with Star Micronics OPOS drivers
Logic Controls 3000 series drawer with LC OPOS drivers
Cash drawer plugged into Star using the cash drawer interface.

The printer works perfectly, and the drawer pops on the first transaction
after starting RMS Store Operation. On subsequent transactions, the drawer
does not pop. If I restart RMS, again the drawer pops on the first
transaction.

Any ideas?

I believe that you will do better with the Star OPOS Drivers for the
cash drawer. They should have been included in the same download that
got you the Star OPOS print driver, but they need to be set up separately...

For more flexibility, use the Star Windows driver and turn on the drawer =
opening in the Star printer's properties. Properties | Pint options tab =
| Cash Drawer | Document top
