Please log in for more thread options We had the same problem, for some reason EPSON doesn't like the windows
driver.People told me to delete the windows drive and to install the EPSON
drive after.Well that didn't work. So we did try something Dif. it did work
but it prints very slow. go to Store Operations Manager click on Database,
Select Register then Register list. Select the register you want and click on
properties . go to Receipt printer tab. and select on Printer type Windows.
maybe this will work for you too.
