Comments Wont Save (crtl+f10)

Please log in for more thread options

I am trying to save comments on workorders using ctrl+f10 i can type the
comments and it appears i tender and save changes, however when i go back to
the work order the comments are gone. I reallly need the comments to document
what instruction the customer has provides and to document what has been done

It might be as simple as a setting. Using RMS?
In Manager, go to File -> configuration -> Options -> POS Options "record
Item comments" the default is not usually set to save them.

Ian,

You have to set the item comments to be recorded. In the Manager go to File
- Configuration - Options. Under POS Options check the box for record item
comments.

Did that and restarted POS and still does not save. Any ideas?
