In HQ, I have changed my connection schedule for each store. However the
changes are not evident at each store location. What am I not doing? Thanks.
V 1.3.

My understanding is that the new connection schedule downloads on the next
regularly scheduled connection....did you make this change at HQ more than a
few days ago and have the store(s) connected every day....?

I changed it over a week ago and the stores have been connected everyday.
Still not changed on the store level.

Steve,

First, you need to be more specific as to what version of RMS you are =
running. There where 16 hotfixes to version 1.3 (5 already for 2.0). =
You are running version 1.3.xxxx? If you don't know, go into Manager | =
Help | About

Looking briefly, I don't see anything listed in the hotfix section =
(http://tinyurl.com/3d4nap must have access to CustomerSource) that =
address this problem, but not all fixes are documented really well =
either.

Are you positive that you are running the same version of RMS in each =
store and each station within those stores?
