Credit Card credits wrong amount

Posted by NJS on January 7, 2008, 8:55 pm Please log in for more thread options We have a very intermitent problem, where, if someone uses a credit card that has a low limit (such as a gift card), RMS seems to appove it for the full amount. A couple of days ago, someone made a purchase for $83.25, but our credit card processor only credited our bank for $25. They say that is the number that came across, even though RMS and PC Charge both show $83.25. I am guessing that it was a $25 gift card, and RMS approved it. Please... if anyone has any suggestions please let me know, since this can cause major problems...
