A few questions one WHY oh WHY PcCharge????

now to my next question,

When setting up RMS does the MID match PCCharge MID?

Would this processor work with the direct version of RMS?

If you open notepad and swipe the card does the track data show in notepad?

I don't know about anyone else, but I never had good luck with pc charge. Can
you use ICVerify? that always seems to work well.

My first guess is that your swipe is not programmed to read the right tracks
on the credit card.
If that is not the case please visit www.retailtechnologyexperts.com and
enter your issue and we will get you help.

I wonder if Retail Tech Experts are new to the industry as many posts as I
have seen in the past few days.

But anyways the best remedy for processing in RMS is to either go the direct
route or with TPI. If you have questions on TPI give me a call or drop me an
email.
