It would be nice if a customers open orders (work/back/layaway) were readily
available for review from the Customer Properties form.

The simplest method, to me, would be to rename the Purchase History tab
Purchase/Order History and to include open orders (or even have a switch to
show all orders - open/partial/closed) in the list.

Just an idea...
