Hi and thank you in advance for your help.

I send out a weekly email news letter to my customers; however, I see that
in my copy after it is sent out all the email address and customers names are
published to the world. Not a good thing! I have all their names in a
folder (Guest List) and that is what I put in the to box to send it to. I
thought that only the folder name would be present to the receivers and all
that email data would be hidden and safe. How can I hide this info when I
send out my weekly news letter and protect my client base?

You need to do a BCC (Blank Carbon Copy) NOT To or CC (Carbon Copy).

Hi and thank you, but it didn't work. I put my folder "Guest List" into the
BCC as you suggested and when I tried to send it two things happened.
Firstly it would not send, because there is an incorrect email address in the
group (there probably are many) and it put it into my drafts folder. When I
opened the drafts folder and took a look at the BCC section of the heading it
had all the names in their and not just the "Guest List."

Try putting YOUR email address in the TO and the group in the BCC, then send.
