Hi

I will liek to create an add-on for Store Opeartions Manager to allow me to
hook into the flow of adding a new item to the database . It also appears
that there is no enumeration or table that that can be modified or added to
to include my new type.

In essence my new type is very similar to an assembly but has some
additional parameters and I need to give it its own type ID so that it can be
recognised and behave differently at the POS.

Is there any way that I can add an additional item type to the list that
appears when selecting Databse->Items->New and then hook into the selection
event to activate my custom entry screen
