Hi,

I work in a retail outlet that opens at 10:00 am and stays open until around
12:30/01:00am the next day. When we run the daily sales report it will only
pick up from 12-12midnight. Due to this we have a headache in Finance trying
to tally up the figures.

Is there anyway to specify the time and date from a report in RMS or do I
need to look at some other reporting software? Any suggestions would be very
welcome.

Regards

Ken

Hi Ken,

My company, Professional Advantages has Analysis Cubes for RMS. This
product is designed to help retailers manage their business by delivering
analytical reporting on business performance. Easily identify trends, buying
patterns, seasonality, and other key performance indicators for your
business. Basically, anything that is populated in RMS can be reported on.

If you would like more information or have any questions, please feel free
to contact me.

Thanks!

We have an advanced reporting add-in that can do this. You can try it out
for free as well on your live database.

Just set your computer clocks back two hours. Problem solved.

Setting the clocks back is not a solution. This is a problem that needs to
be addressed by MS. Not all of us have our work weeks start at the same
time. We need the ability to tell the program what day and time to start the
work week, then the problem would be solved.
