Hi,

We created a single store database approx two years ago and actually used a
HQ store database as the template, since which we have altered several things
to ensure the store operates as a single store rather than a multistore (hq
store) we have resolved most issues but there is one remaining that we are
unable to sort out.
This is RMS Version 2 when we go into a matrix of an item and go into
components items tab the Dimension 1, 2 and three sections at the bottom of
the screen are greyed out so we are not able to edit them. Is there a way we
can alter this for our customer.

Hi

You need to change the securities of the screen to enable editing / view of
the fields. this can be done in the securities mode (click the padlock / CTRL
+ S) and right click on the fields you want to change the securities for.
