Hi. I've tried posting this question a few times in the last couple of weeks
but so far I haven't been able to get a clear or straight-forward answer so I
thought I'd give it one more shot before I pay for an incident....here it
is...

What is the best way to decrease the database size without getting rid of
your sales history? My reseller suggested I remove the old journals (gif
files) but I'm not sure how to do this. Please help!!

We have an Archive Utility - This copies old data to a blank RMS Database,
then after copying it deletes it from main database. In this way you can
always link to Archieve data base and look atyour old data, print reports,
look at journal etc... as the old data is just a real database of your old
info.
