While testing RMS 2.0 I'm getting this error

"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
Database connection lost, application will be closed
Error #-2147467259
[DBNETLIB][ConnectionWrite (send()).]General network error. Chech your
network documentation.
(Source:Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
(SQL State: 08S01)
(NativeError: 11)
No Help file available

SELECT GETDATA() AS CurrentDateTime
"""""""""""""""""""""
the odd part is that i'm getting this error on a single PC setup(POS is the
database server) no network connections to server, database is local.
Anyone knows what might cause this and how to fix this ?
I'm not sure if i loose any data when this happens, but i can not take a
chance of this happening on production system

Robert - even though the server is "local", if there's an issue with the
network connection the application will close. Try to troubleshoot your
network connection (ie patch cable, NIC, port on switch, etc) - test it by
first disconnecting the network cable and then starting store ops manager -
since the local area connection status will be "disconnected" when you start
the application, and since that status will not change, the application
should not kick you out. Hope this helps....

I get this at random, sometimes the system is idle and when i look at the
screen it shows up.
There doesn't seem to be any pattern,
Sometimes i will get the error after 30 minutes sometimes after few hours.
