Hello,
When I pull up a sales report, change the date range, then click change, the
date range does not change. Sometimes, I can even select the date range,
click change, and it still does not change. In most cases, I have to
actually delete the date range filter entirely, before I can add a different
date range. This is sort of inconvineient.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Al

HI Al, The only thing which I think is to check is open the .grp file in any
notepad and try to find out the below section:
//--- Filters ---//
Begin Filter
FieldName = "[Transaction].Time"
FilterOp = reportfilteropBetween
FilterLoLim = "<Today>"
FilterHilim = "<Today>"
End Filter
Do you have above section if not filter won't apply.

Please log in for more thread options I have the same problem since installing RMS on a Vista system.
I used the report for the longest time without any problems on a XP Pro
system. Everything was working fine. Now, I select the field I want to
filter on, for example the date, from the list of fields the filters in the
bottom window are not highlighted. In this case my filter is not applied.
However, when highlighting the field in the bottom window, which also
highlights the field in the field list, the filter is correctly set.
