you might the attached query, it might help you, u just need to set the
desired date.
Please note that the attached query shows u the items that haven't been sold
per store level so u have for each store, the items that this store didn't
sell, but if u want to know items that haven't been sold at all in any
store, just remove one line from the query (i already has a note on it)
