Please log in for more thread options I get kind of the same problem we have 4 different stores and we use a
specific department for each one of the stores and I tried running a report
from HQ and it shows duplicate totals in a different department however all
the totals showing in the incorrect department have the same transaction
numbers as the correct one. If I run the report from Store Manager then I
only see the correct sales no duplicates.
