Duplicating an existing database to a new store

We have an existing installation of RMS in 1 store and been using it for a
while. We just opened a new store and with RMS, and we want to copy the
database of our first store into this new store installation. What files
should I copy over to the new machine ? And is it necessary to use the
import/export feature, or simply copy the database file ?

You can backup the database of the first machine and then use that .bck file
to create your new database on the second machine, then use SOAdministrator
to delete the transaction history on the second machine after the database is
created.
FYI - you will need a second license to legally operate both stores
simultaneously.
