 Sometimes my customers want to cash out with their EBT cash card, which is
the food stamp card with cash amounts. Is this the same as Debit card
transactions?

 It's not the same as a Debit transaction. Does that answer the question?

Who are you using for EBT processing?

Does anyone have experience with TPI and Mercury? What do you have to say
about those two options? Can Citi process EBT transactions?
