At the end of that day, when I settle the EDC Batch from store operations Manager, the printer prints out 3 extra pages of nothing---there is a few numbers on it, but that is it--nothing useful. So when you settle, you are going to Utilities > Settle EDC Batch. When you settle the batch it does not auto print a batch summary for you. You would then have to manually print an EDC report. Go to Reports > Miscellaneous > Electronic Draft Captured Detailed. Posted by JBallou on June 1, 2008, 4:05 am Please log in for more thread options I figured out the problem, the margins are not set right in the print preview, but it has to do with RMS and not the printer driver/software. I will look at it more tomorrow, but I found that I need to change the margins from .5 to .2 and it solves the problem, now all I have to do is figure out how to make RMS remember that setting.. -- IT Admin.
