Hey all.

I am having an issue with the EDC Batch Print.

At the end of that day, when I settle the EDC Batch from store operations
Manager, the printer prints out 3 extra pages of nothing---there is a few
numbers on it, but that is it--nothing useful. How do I get rid of this?
Anyone have this problem?

It sounds like you are using the integrated EDC credit card with RMS. So
when you settle, you are going to Utilities > Settle EDC Batch. When you
settle the batch it does not auto print a batch summary for you. You would
then have to manually print an EDC report. Go to Reports > Miscellaneous >
Electronic Draft Captured Detailed. See if this report works for you.

I figured out the problem, the margins are not set right in the print
preview, but it has to do with RMS and not the printer driver/software. I
will look at it more tomorrow, but I found that I need to change the margins
from .5 to .2 and it solves the problem, now all I have to do is figure out
how to make RMS remember that setting..
