Hi,

I have one client last week had EDC batch settle problem, and got
error message "There was a connection error. No transactions were settled.
Please try again later.". After that failure, they never got the EDC work
again, always same error. They are still running 1.2. But their regular
credit card transaction still works after that EDC batch error. Anyone
encountered same issue before. My emai is jiyang1@yahoo.com.

Thank you!

Jiyang

Try to go online on same machine to see internet connection on same time. If
your internet is working fine It could be anything First check the
firewall/antivirus blocking reports. I used to get this message during
debit/ credit trasaction But I had bad dsl cable. Once I changed the cable
No problem. You also should try to sattle the batch through back office pc
then You will know where is problem.
