Edit qty rec in closed po

Please log in for more thread options

Is there a way to edit the quantity received in a closed po. Currently it is
grayed out.

Hi Randy- you can change this in Store Manager, File, Configuration and then
Options. You'll see there's a tick-box under a folder called Purchase Orders
and you can set or unset the option "Allow edit of closed purchase orders".

It is already allowed for purchase orders. It just is not working, and I
don't know how to make it work again.

there is an option in SO Manager to allow edit of closed POs.
File/Configuration, Options...
enable the option and restart SO Manager and you should thenbe able to
edit your closed POs.

Glenn,
We have tried that and the po is grayed out when selected closed po,
received button. The users need to edit quantity received on the contents
tab.
