How can I email a quote? I haven't seen any functionality that allows this
to happen. Many of our customers want an emailed quote and don't like us
faxing them.

Do a google search for software that allows you to print to a PDF document.
Then attached the saved PDF document to the email.

One tool is: www.pdf995.com

Also if you search the NG you should be able to find mention of other
software that does the same thing.

I did think of that but the problem with that is that the RMS software only
allows two printers; 1 for the POS receipt tape and another for a full page
version. If I added a PDF printer I'd have to give up the receipt tape
format or the full page format, both of which I need. Any other suggestions?

Scott,

Manager | Journal | View | select the receipt you wish to print | Print
button | select Windows Printer | your PDF printer | depending on the PDF
