In downloading two new department I get the error message above for two of my
stores. In comparing the department from our HQ RMS Server and the Store RMS
POS there are three department that now have different name at our HQ RMS
from our Store RMS. Plus there are three new department that been in service
for a while that is not even showing up at the store RMS.

I am thinking someone here at corporate have made some changes and did a
department update as they were adding them. I am thinking the only why to
fix it after the fact is to change the three department at the store RMS
level to match the HQ RMS Server, then do the down load worksheet again to
get the three departments not showing at the store RMS level and the two news
to download correct.

Has anyone else encounter this before? Would my thinking be the best way or
is there a better way?
